It's a great episode. This is best exemplified, in my opinion, in Season 5 with the episodes, "My Lunch" and "My Fallen Idol". for the everlasting fans of greatest comedy/drama show ever made! lunch box for men . insulated lunch bag . But holy hell, the very next episode "My Fallen Hero" made "Lunch" a walk in the park. One of the funniest and saddest episodes. This is the part of scrubs where Dr Cox plays one of the most amazing parts he'll ever play in scrubs.

Many of you asked me to look at this episode from Scrubs 'My Lunch' (S5E20) and I can see why, it was pretty full on and some really tough moments for JD and Dr Cox.
