Since then, the MediEvil IP has gotten very little representation from Sony, peaking at a small role in 2012's "PlayStation All Stars: Battle Royale". All voices from the original game are intact, and so is the great humor! But i really hope is from the original. It is a reimagining of the original MediEvil. Resurrection was a disappointing remake that took the fun exploration elements of the original, threw them out of the window and merely replaced them with smoother graphics. It's one of my favorite games of all time. Resurrection could be described as a polish and a streamline of the game, but I personally found it lost much of it's charm and several of the best stages. Resurrection kinda ruined that for me, not gonna lie. It was released as a launch title for the PSP on 1 September 2005 in Europe and 13 September 2005 in North America.
