The big stage is set in Orlando as 32 youth teams from around the world, representing 75 countries, will tip off on Tuesday at the 2019 Jr. NBA Global Championship at the ESPN Wide World of Sports. In the US - the Jr. NBA will host eight (8) regional tournaments – Central, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, Northeast, Northwest, South, Southeast and West – during the spring and summer of 2019.
The NBA and Basketball England are pleased to announce the growth of the competition this season from 13 to 16 leagues! The competition level was high as pool play tipped off from the Jr. NBA Global Championship Southeast Regional. The League is organised and operated by the local basketball federations in partnership with the NBA.
